(a) the actual Report
(b) the $10,000 12 month structural guarantee which will give

to twelve months after the Archicentre inspection has been
completed.

Your architect
can meet you at the property for an on the spot verbal Report,
or provide a Report by telephone. Your verbal report can also
include guidance on renovations and improvements. Your personalised
written Report will arrive a few days afterwards.

You may telephone your architect any time to discuss
aspects of repairs, maintenance and home improvements. You can
engage your architect to assist with further work on your behalf.

Archicentre's
technical information sheets describe in detail the house faults
which will most concern you, if you buy the property.

We commence processing your inspection as soon as you
make a telephone booking. You will receive a verbal report immediately
after the inspection has been completed. This verbal report
will give you the main facts on the spot, followed by a written
confirmation in the mail.
Most metropolitan inspections can be completed within a day
of your call.
You don't even need to lose a day with the Inspection! You can
make an offer to by ... 'conditional that no serious faults
are found by Archicentre'. Most vendors will accept this condition:
if not, be careful.
We can inspect the property and report on it within your 'cooling
off' period of 2, 3 or 5 days, depending on the State in which
you live. Enquire at Archicentre for details od 'cooling off'
laws in your State.
The
Inspection
Following your telephone booking, your
architect will contact you to discuss any special concerns you
may have and to arrange an inspection time. We use a detailed
checklist to examine every accessible part of the home including
roof space and sub-floor for poor structure, leaking roofing and
guttering, subsiding footings, faulty plumbing and wiring, dampness,
rot and many other faults, subject to the Conditions of Inspection.*
Your Archicentre Report is valid for six months from the date
of the inspection.

including updates on any legal issues, descriptions of new products
