SERVICES : RENOVATOR SERVICE & NEW HOME SERVICE
For the renovating public and those building new houses, we provide
again a visiting architect through our Revovator and `New Home'
services. This is a set-fee service. The design report that you
receive is in effect a slice of architectural advice, with:
- a suitable design proposal and opinion of probable cost
- a cost effective and capital-improved design;
- advice on building contracts, tendering to get the best price
and quality from the builders, coping with building permits,
town planning
and all the things you need to know before embarking on this
adventure and making a success of it.
Beyond the Archicentre Report, your architect can prepare your
drawings for council approval, help select the best builder and
oversee the work to a satisfactory conclusion.
