Comments:
This is a beachfront playground with individual pieces of equipment as well as combination units.

The equipment is relatively new and therefore in excellent condition. There is a range of equipment available for children of varying ages.

The playground area is enclosed by fencing which retains the aesthetic appeal of the area and ensures that children cannot easily access the main road which is adjacent to the play area (Beaconsfield Parade).

The softfall provided is sand and it is of a sufficient depth and appears to be well maintained.

The play area is clean and there is no litter or dangerous objects such as broken glass, present.

The playground is an open area which is well lit which provides less opportunity for vandalism.
